Designed for generous meals without hogging the table—or storage—space, the Oval Platter holds a whole roast chicken with a pile of grilled vegetables or whatever’s anchoring your holiday spread.

It’s wide and impressive, but thoughtfully narrow, made to tuck between other vessels on the table or buffet. Just as importantly, we shaped it to fit into most standard cabinets. Because a piece this useful shouldn’t be a pain to put away.

• Our pottery is made by humans and reduction-fired in Asheville, North Carolina. Any differences in glaze applications and surfaces are there to embrace.
  

Care:

• Dishwasher and microwave safe
• Avoid open flames or preheated ovens. Our pots are oven safe up to 350° but must start in a cool oven and be brought up to heat gradually (think crème brûlée).
• Over time, your pots might accumulate mild cutlery marks. These can be buffed off with warm water and scouring powder such as Bar Keeper's Friend.
